An index comparing a property's price per m² with the average for the same type in the same district. Negative means cheaper than average. It is indicative and updated regularly.
Do you work outside Riyadh?+
Yes. We cover Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and the Eastern Province, and are expanding. If your city is not listed, send a request and we will reply.
How do I know the property is legally sound?+
We verify the deed through official government platforms, check the real estate advertising licence and confirm the property is free of liens before any agreement is signed.
