Almowffer is a Saudi real estate brokerage that started with a simple question: why doesn't the client know whether the price is fair before calling?
Our story
We founded Almowffer because the property market was missing one thing: price transparency. There are plenty of listings, but few tell you whether the price is reasonable for the district.
So we built the Almowffer Index — a tool that benchmarks every listing we show against its district average — and made it visible to everyone, even when the result is not in our favour.
We are a new company with no deals to boast about. What we have is a clear way of working, proper licences, and a commitment that your first deal with us will be the reason you come back.
