Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how Almowffer Real Estate collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use almowffer.com or contact us. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.
1.Data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your request and provide brokerage services:
- Data you submit through site forms: name, mobile number, email, and the details of the property you want or are listing.
- The content of your correspondence with us over WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Limited technical data: IP address, browser type and visit time — used to guard against repeated submissions and spam.
- Preferences stored only in your own browser (favourites and the compare list) via localStorage; these never reach our servers.
2.How we use it
- To contact you about your request or your property and suggest suitable options.
- To complete brokerage, contracting and title transfer steps through official government platforms.
- To improve the site and measure page performance in aggregate.
- To send the newsletter to people who explicitly subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
3.Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, to perform a contract or pre-contractual steps, or to comply with a legal obligation that applies to real estate brokerage activity.
4.Sharing
We never sell or rent your personal data. We may share it, to the minimum extent required, with:
- The property owner or prospective buyer, only as needed to complete the deal and after informing you.
- Government authorities and official platforms (REGA, Ejar, notary services) when completing procedures.
- Technical service providers who run our infrastructure or email on our behalf, under a contractual duty of confidentiality.
5.Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use your browser's local storage to keep your favourites, compare list and language preference. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings without affecting browsing.
6.Retention
We keep enquiry data for no more than five years from the last contact, or for the period required by accounting and real estate regulations, whichever is longer, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7.Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission over the internet is, however, 100% secure.
8.Your rights
- The right to be informed how and why your data is collected.
- The right to access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- The right to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- The right to request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed and no other law requires keeping it.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
9.Children's privacy
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors and will delete it as soon as we become aware of it.
10.Third-party links
The site may link to other websites (maps, government platforms, social media). Their privacy practices are independent of ours and we are not responsible for them.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will publish the revised date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.
12.Privacy contact
For any question, or to exercise your rights, write to the email shown on our Contact page and we will reply within a reasonable statutory period.
